Conventional Machining  Ellery Manufacturing operates a complete range of conventional machine tools. Our skilled conventional machinists are well experienced in jobbing shop environments and they use their expertise to ensure that our customer's components are manufactured to meet or exceed their requirements. General Fabrication Most of Ellery's fabrications are classified as "value-added" while 100% of all components used are manufactured in-house. By manufacturing our own components in-house we are able to maintain strict control over all fabrications from start to finish. Many items are fabricated to a varierty of code standards including DNV, Lloyds & API. NDT is available and full quality traceablity can be provided. Ellery Manufacturing's welding department is certified to CSA standard 47.1. Quality Control Quality control plays a big role in all aspects of the fabrication and machining processes at Ellery Manufacturing. EM operates under it's own in-house ( ISO based ) quality assurance program. The company also supplies full-time, shop floor, quality inspection during the manufacturing process. All materials used are marked and quuarantined to ensure full traceability. All production runs are 100% first article inspected to ensure minimum problems and full inspection documentation can be supplied for all work if required. Machanical Assembly Equipment can be trial assembled & tested if required. |
